OBİG Mobile Application

The “Autistic Individuals in the Workforce – OBİG” mobile application offers features that facilitate the lives of individuals with autism or other pervasive developmental disorders who have been employed and integrated into the workforce. The application supports individuals with autism by breaking tasks into small steps and using visual and auditory cues, enabling easier learning, effective time management, and self-motivation through visual feedback on completed tasks. The sections within the application can be customized according to the individual needs of people with autism and the specific requirements of the tasks they perform.

OTİGED Project

In collaboration with İŞKUR Bursa, the ERASMUS project titled “Increasing the Productivity of Individuals with Autism and Supporting Their Transition into the Labor Market” was implemented. Through this project, the aim is to enhance the competencies of “Employment and Vocational Counselors” serving as job coaches and private-sector job coaches—particularly in the employment of individuals with autism—and to establish an online portal that will benefit both job coaches and individuals with autism and their families, thereby providing comprehensive services to individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism, through effective methods and methodological support.

İŞKUR Assistive Technologies for Individuals with Disabilities Project

With the grant support obtained through our application in 2019 to İŞKUR’s “Projects on Supportive Technologies to Enable the Employment of Individuals with Disabilities” grant program, the “Packaging Sorting Area,” where our employees with autism work, and the “OBİG Mobile Application,” designed to help all individuals with neurodevelopmental differences adapt more easily to working life, were developed.
